Reduced noise and waste emissions!

With ZEBRA technology, it is no longer necessary to remove large quantities of concrete. Which resolves the problem of treating the blast water.

Alkaline blast water regularly causes damage to sewage treatment plants, because mandatory filtering and neutralisation cannot be performed, and the water is discharged untreated into the drains.

Furthermore, the use of high-pressure and ultra high-pressure hydroblasting, particularly to remove concrete, generates considerable noise. The more concrete there is to be removed, the greater the noise emitted, as the sound pressure level increases almost linearly.

It is virtually impossible to carry out concrete removal work without setting up additional restricted and safety areas. Not so with ZEBRA technology. And since it creates far less noise, repair work can even be conducted during on-going operations.
